"+" in time signature does not appear in Gonville
Defining a compond time signature such as 4+2/4 by using 6/4 as the undelying signature and specifying 4+2/3 in the text boxes, does not render correctly in Gonville. The new time signature appears correcly in the pallet but on dropping onto a stave renders as 42/4. ie the "+" sign is omitted. This applies only to Gonville.
Reported against 2.0.2 under Ubuntu.

In master we now fallback to bravura, so this bug is less important now. In any case, to fix it properly we need Gootector to add the + glyph to Gonville.
