Again I will look into this after the weekend.
This should be regarded as a feature rather than a bug.
The sine wave instrument is created by using a very short looping sample as an oscillator.
As with many electronically created sounds this results in a audible key click when the note stops.
Anyone who has programmed an analogue synth will recognise this behaviour.
