Creating a new Time Signature
When I try to create new time signature, after executing Create > Time Signatures
and changing the default values in the pop-up menu into the desired ones, I see that it
is created in the left pane after clicking on the Add button.
But what do I have to do then? I cannot see the created one in the roll out when clicking
on Time Signatures in the score. Also not after closing and opening the score again.

You can drag and drop from the left pane to the score.
It was missing in the handbook. I edited it accordingly. See Time Signature

Thanks lasconic! I did try to drag and drop it from the left pane to the score
and it did for some mysterious reason not work. After reading your advice I tried it again and
now it works! Problem solved.
