How do I clean up the guitar tab, so that everything lines up correctly?
After ending articulations, bends, slides, etc., everything seems not quite lined up correctly!

Sorry, I don't see it. Everything looks lined up to me in your screenshot. The notes in the standard notation and the numerals in the tablature are lined up together.
I think the spacing is controlled by the standard notation (since notes are sometimes wider than numerals), but I'm not sure of that. In this case, to my eye, that hasn't made any difference. *shrug*
Looks good to me. Can you highlight an example of what you are referring to?
