Changing Language

I'm currently in Germany right now, and I'm learning German but I'm not quite fluent in it.

It appears that when I downloaded the program it's all in German, and though I can make out about half of what it says I still don't understand everything.

How do you change the language settings? Do I need to re-install an english version or is there an options menu in the program?
