Distinction between "musescore" files and my files
I put .mscz files in different places on the disk.
When I want to find all of them, a search on *.mscz gives also all standard *.mscz files (00-blank, ...)
It would be great if this can be avoided.
My suggestion is that .mscz files coming with the program should have a different extension.

I don't think this makes sense - they *are* MSCZ files, I don't see any reaosn to deliberately lie about that. If you don't want your search to find MuseScore's file, don't search the folders that contain them.

Or put something into your filenames as a tag, e.g. your initials right before the .mscz, then search for XX.mscz.
