Changing the tuning in the middle of the song

Hi,

I am a guitar player and iv got at least 1 song witch need to change the tuning in the middle of the song.
Then the tablature file i have use 2 tracks (to have the right midi sound output, 1 for the begin, and 1 for the end, with 2 different tunings) and there is some text comment to explain how to play it.

I am new here, then i would like to know if there is a better way to do it with musescore 2.0. Maybe it exists special notation for it ? Idea is to have the right midi and the right tablature notation in a same track.
