Display: Play Panel, Mixer, Synth

• Sep 27, 2016 - 18:50

I am using MuseScore 1.2 for Mac Snow Leopard for my desktop iMac ( max OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard ).

After launching MuseScore. I select for display/use the play panel, mixer and synth in addition to showing the music score

However, there does not seem to be a preference setting to " lock " the play panel, mixer and synth in place because every time i relaunch i have to reset and relocate those 3 panel.

What am i doing wrong or is that feature just not available in MuseScore 1.2 ?

If you mean you wish to not have those windows display by default when you start up without having to press the shortcuts, no, I don't think such a feature ever existed. You go to Edit / Preferences and see if there are checkboxes for them, but I don't recall any in 1.2. 2.0 has a checkbox for the Play Panel at least.

Actually i want all those windows to open up when i launch MuseScore 1.2 ( Snow Leopard version ).

At this time i have to select them manually.

I can't see a preference setting to do that for me when i launch the programme.

If there is a setting please confirm and i will put my extra strong glasses on to find the setting.

Thanks again for your interest/response to my problem.
