Minus sign artefact in horizontal offset of LH guitar fingering

Go to "Edit text styles" > "LH guitar fingering". The preset horizontal offset is -0.5. If you use the spin buttons to raise this to 0.0 (or above then back to 0.0), a spurious minus sign appears like this: "-0.0". However, the artefact clears if you click on another style and then click back on LH guitar fingering.

P.S. This issue doesn't seem to affect any other field, just the horizontal offset value of LH guitar fingering.
