How to have 4 measurements/row all the time
Hi. I wonder how I can format the score to have only 4 or 5 ( or what ever) measurements all the time on every row?
I do not want the program to automaticly do that. I can not find any options for that.

You can add line breaks manually, from the breaks and spcacer palette, or set the score for a fixed number of measures on the Menu/Style/Edit General Style/System tab
I find that using the Break Measure plug in works extremely well. It is simple to use and can give any result needed.
Go to Plugins -> Break every X measures and enter the number of measure per line you want.

You can also selct a region before running the plugin, and it will only apply to that region. I find this useful for things like the first line of a piece with a pickup, which might need need 5 bars while the rest of the piece needs 4. Also sometimes in a piece with a one bar first and second ending, I'll want to combine them on the same line, requiring 5 bars there.
