Access denied
For the first time today I am receiving an "access denied" response when I try to look at certain issues.
They seem to be posted by "Daniel".
Can someone please explain?

Me too, but I suspect its a simple website issue (or admin lockout on the topic).

For me it's only one topic, http://musescore.org/en/node/13222.
(Note, I can't use the [#13222] expansion... it simply doesn't work. I see this problem a lot as well.)
EDIT: I only tried opening the one topic above as I had read all the others. I see just now that all Daniel's topics were "updated" so something got screwed up and has been fixed.

The syntax with # works only on proper bug reports in the issue tracker. 13222 is a post in the forum. This forum topic is working for me.
