Non reader/writer
Many years ago I had a very early version in Cubase which was very easy to use. I nether read nor write notation so how I created scores was simply by playing notes and chords on a midi keyboard and Cubase put what I played on screen as notation. I could then manipulate the individual notes simply using the mouse.
Is this how Musescire works?

Truer than you know... already lost a few!
Notice the general difference: Cubase is (was) a DAW "Digital Audio Workstation" and MuseScore (Studio) is a music notation software. They work in quit different ways.
