How to make these types of special trill

I'm studying M.Ravel and copying his piece, Scarbo.
As you can see, i'm in trouble with making this trill which is screen-shot at right side of its shot.

Trill from 2 notes to another 2 notes, or on the left hand, from 1 note to 2 notes.

I can still make this physically and just not view the notes on the score, but I'd like to know if there is any way to do this.
