Windows uninstaller should propose an option to delete preferences

Currently the windows uninstaller deletes only the files it installed. The uninstaller should provides an option to delete the preferences, sessions files etc... stored in the AppData directory and created by MuseScore itself. I would propose this option to be off by default since preferences are valuable information in case of an upgrade.

Although this tickets called "Dibs" as it was opened a few years earlier, the discussion at #88711 seems more advanced, so i'd vote for following up there.
