Measure with two separate voices for the RH

Hi everyone,

In the score that I am transcribing with MuseScore, I encountered a measure that has, for the RH, two separate "voices" (melody and harmony, I suppose, while the LH holds the bass) - see attached.

Can this be inputted in MS in this form, or will I have to "merge" the two voices into one and input them like that (it would sound the same, but obviously the score would not reflect the existence of two separate voices in the RH)
