Corrupted measure numbers
There is an extremely frustrating issue I found with MuseScore 1.1 on my computer running 64-bit Windows 7. After zipping away at almost completing a composition, I realized that the measure numbers overlapped the upper left hand corners of the measures. See attached graphic so you can see what I mean.
I have no idea what causes this pointless glitch, but it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Do you know how infuriating it is to have to start a whole composition over again because of corrupted measure numbers? Especially when you have a deadline for the composition? Nothing I do can return the numbers to their correct positions, and not having the measure numbers is not an option.
Is there any way to get rid of the overlaps without making a new copy of the score?

Go to Style/Edit Text Style and select Measure Number. Find the Y: box and click the down arrow so the number is -1.00. Click OK, save your score, close the score and reload. It should be fixed.
