Time Signature

With regards to time signature, I noticed there's been some changes made to steps in the score creation (you can add common time symbols) - I'm also looking at the Wikipedia entry.

I know some aren't as common (so to speak) and may not warrant inclusion during the steps of score creation, but I wonder if some of the listed examples (such as 'America') are possible in MuseScore?

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5091) - Mac 10.6.8.
