How to use plugins
Dear all,
sorry for the greenhorn question, but I would like to know how to use plugins.
I found in the manual how to enable the preinstalled plugins e.g. colornotes.
I have selected a few notes, but how can I apply the plugin to the selected score?

Try to take a look here: https://musescore.org/en/node/54831 if it is sufficient
The colornotes plugin works on a selected range or on the entire score. For range selection see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/selection-modes#range-select.
So either select nothing, or the entire score, then run the plugin
Solved, and thanks to the great support and feedback also for "greenhorns" like me.

I found out what my problem was. I used the unstable Nightly Build Ver. 2.0.0 Rev cc016f8
If you load a Plugin it will not apear in the plugin list.
New version no problems anymore.

New version? MuseScore 2.0 is out since quite long, March 2015, even 2.0.3 is out since half a year now...
