Bagpipe embellishments moving down a note when inserted

I am having an issue with the Bagpipe Embellishments. Great feature which saves a lot of time when writing out bagpipe scores! However, although the embellishments show correctly in the palettes, when they are inserted into the score, every note in the embellishment moves down by one semitone, including the single gracenotes. It is then time consuming dragging each note back up a note. Is there a way to change this?
