vertical size of staff and note size
On one of my scores, the vertical size of the staff is pretty squished, and the notes are small. How do you make it bigger?

Your page size is also weird. To change the page size and the scale of the music go to Layout -> Page settings.
The scale parameter is the space between to line of the staff, if you increase it, everything will be scale up.
