Articulation / grace note type in the inspector
The inspector view for articulations such as tenuto includes two alternative choises ("default/baroque") for grace notes. However, the selection doesn't seem to have any effect on the notation nor sound.
When looking at the grace notes with the inspector these alternatives are not shown.

The default/baroque property applies to some ornaments, like trill and mordent, and does have effect on the playback of these. It does not apply at all to grace notes
