Two Things: Note Names and Dual Opening.

• Dec 6, 2016 - 16:01

There is a nifty feature in Musescore that allows you to put note names onto the notes themselves. My only problem is how do I get rid of them if there are too many? I currently have about seven-eight not names one each single note, which makes score editing a real hassle. Is there a plugin that will disperse all of them at once? Is there a way to get rid of all of the note names at once? If you have an answer, please post below.
Also, Sometimes when I open Musescore and another program at the same time, my speakers will make a series of "clicks" and when I go to play a score, the sound won't come out, despite the volume being at maximum output. Might be a technical error, but it's not that big of a deal. Just thought I'd mention it.

I'm not sure how you got those note names there in the first place - no released version of MuseScore has any such feature. There is a plugin that can add these, maybe you installed and ran that? if so, then as far as I know these can be deleted normally. Or to delete all elements of a given type, right click one, Select / All Similar Elements, press Delete.

If that doesn't help, please attach the score you are having trouble with so we can understand what you mean.
