Download won't work properly

When I download the free version, Version 1.1 for Mac OSX, of which I am running the latest version, I can't seem to get it to open properly. It finishes downloading much sooner than it is supposed to and doesn't download the entire program, and when I try to open it it says the following disk image isn't recognized. I'm not sure what's going on.
