This piece of mine would be much better with volume control. It uses various instruments, and the harmony really drown on the melody. Is there anyway I can change the volume of each instrument in certain parts to really bring out the melody, or maybe make others softer? Thanks!

Also, an important note. I don't know how to use Musescore. I use FL Studio 12 and upload midis, then change the tempo and some other adjustments if its messed up. If there is a solution, please explain in detail steps to be able to accomplish that. Thanks a lot!

Certainly. The way you'd tell human musicians to play louder or softer is to include dynamic markings (p, mf, ff, etc), and that is what MuseScore mostly uses as well. But you can also use the Mixer to tweak the default levels for the various instruments, or the Inspector to tweak individual notes, if you feel the computer-generated playback is not sufficiently representing the dynamic markings you included. But always start by including dynamic markings - human musicians playing you score won't see settings made in the Mixer etc.

To add dynamic markings, see the Handbook under Dynamics. Basically, select the note where you want one to appear, then double click the desired marking in the palette. Same way you add most other markings,
