Note Input Toolbar
The thing at the top in between the doc and the zoom/page view/play button where you can choose if you want a quarter note, eighth note, rest, etc. has vanished for me. I have selected the note input under Notes, but the toolbar is still not there. Any advice?

right click next to the menus and check "Note Input" on the speed menu
