for example see the first bars of both systems.
one can rewrite manually but copy paste is pretty buggy...

Which version of MuseScore?
I have come across these kinds of errors myself in Voice 2 usually when writing in unusual key signatures.
This is actually a known bug in MuseScore, but no-one has yet been able to produce steps to reproduce it, consequently the development team don't know how to track it down.
If you can establish a sequence of steps which results in a reproducible corruption of this kind, I'm sure the dev team woiuld be very interested.

I have version 1.2 revision 5470 on Ubuntu
