instrument change playback errors. doesnt play.
measure 165 staff 16 glockenspiel to tam tam doesnt play tam nor suspended cymbals. glocken spiel and crash cymbals are fine. they arent muted or toggled off from "play".

If I isolate glockenspiel (from measure 159), the tam tam and suspended cymbals play. But the tremolo is so fast that all you hear is a burst of sound - it's more noise than anything else! If you remove these tremolos, you can hear the notes perfectly clearly.
