Rename Note input mode to Note Entry mode

Should we rename 'Note input mode' to 'Note Entry mode' (or even just 'Note Entry')?

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5559) - Mac 10.7.3.

Seems this has always been a bit inconsistent.

I have a very silly reason for preferring "Note Input" - it always feels a little awkward to describe some operation by saying "press N to enter Note Entry mode..."
