Song Naming

• May 19, 2012 - 01:58

Hey guys, gals and everybody in between,

Here's a new song I wrote, complete with everything expect for a name.
So here's the deal; the first commenter/critic can choose what we'll call this one.

As usual, comments and suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
The Small Cheese

Before I can comment on the possible naming I would like to say I really enjoyed the piece. Now when I first heard this piece, I felt like I was in 1860's London, witnessing the transformation of Ebenezer Scrooge as he was changing from a cold miser into the benevolent philanthropist. I myself would call it something along the lines of "Scrooge's Transformation," but that is just me. I do have a question, however. Was it just me or did I catch hints of Clint Mansel's Reqiem for a Dream?

I've never heard Requiem for a Dream before now, which is something I thank you for having changed. I can see (or hear) where you're coming from with the similarities between the two; the strings repeating a motif is the one that stikes me immediately.

It's nice having your work being compared to such an awesome piece. Do you have any suggestions before I repost it with its new name?
