Change order of instruments in Zerberus

The current 2.1 nightly allows multiple selection and import of SFZ files in Zerberus. However, there is no way to change the order of instruments as there are no arrow buttons. Could these be added?

This and https://musescore.org/en/node/166666 are examples of a few discrepancies between the two tabs of the Synthesizer (another one is the spacing in the list). I'd suggest filing them as one issue together along the lines of "Unify Fluid and Zerberus tabs of Synthesizer."
