Not directly. But if you create a new score from scratch (and not from a template!), then save style, then load that style in the score you want to reset, it should work.

It's worth noting that there is no one set of defaults to restore to. Each template potentially has its own, and there is a separate set of defaults you can specify in Edit / Preferences / Score for scores created "from scratch" (not from a template) or in Edit / Preferences / Import for scores imported from other formats, and a separate set that are used if you don't specify any defaults there. On top of that, the defaults for page size specifically (not any of the other settings) differ according to your default printer, and locale settings might also potentially be looked at.
None of which is to say that we couldn't consider a reset button at some point, but it's tricky deciding which of these many "defaults" people of would actually expect!
