I am not able to add fourth string fret numbers on a tablature staff. I only get a '0' in red. How do I add fretting numbers?

You have the wrong pitch on the strings. The notes you are adding are below the lowest string.

it is the default setting. how do I change that? I am needing the standard fourth string to be low G tuning as would be four string guitar.

What instrument are you using?
Sorry, I am using ukulele four string with low G...GCEA. I HAVE NOW BEEN ABLE TO MAKE THINGS WORK, THANK YOU.
