Aligning Lines
I tend to use many of the 'lines' in MuseScore, but it seems I have to align them all up myself - is there any way you can align all the lines? I'm a bit of a 'neat-freak' and I like things all in line!

That seems interesting. It would be cool if some kind of plugin was developed to do this,
The good news that might not be apparent from that thread - lines (at least some of them *are* aligned automatically (to a vertical position of your choosing in most cases) in the upcoming (not soon, but eventually) 2.0 release. Others, like hairpins, already are, although currently you can't control where they are alogned - but this appears to be fixed in 2.0. Still plenty of room for improvement, but the next release will definitely be a big step up in this department.
