A Question of Ornament

After searching, I'm still not clear what this trill means and would appreciate any help as to its interpretation. I have a piece by CPE Bach (Sonata in Ab, 3rd Movt., the Allegro) which contains some trills that look like "tr" but written in a more squiggly manner than usual. I have listened to performances of this piece (on YouTube, of course) and - to my ear - this trill sounds more like a "turn" or "cadence". I have a attached an image of the score and also my attempt at MuscScoring it; in the first such bar I have had a go at making it sound the same as I have heard it (the sounding notes are hidden).

1] How should those trills sound
2] Since there isn't an exact symbol in MS (V 1.2), which trill symbol would be most appropriate - the turn or jut the generic Tr symbol?

Hmmm - it could be anything!

Have you checked out CPE BAch's Essay? That is the definitive work for interpretation of keyboard music from J.S Bach to Beethoven and maybe beyond.

Sadly there only seem to be German and French versions available online.
