Move Clef to previous measure

Hi.
My question is this.
Is it possible to move the clef to the previous measure as in the image and how is it done?
I see that in the scores is always in the previous bar, it does not have much importance but I would like to know if it can be done.
In figure 1, that's what I want to do.
In figure 2, that's what Musescore does.

MuseScore only does what you show in #2 if you attach the clef to the *note* (eg, if you select the note then double click the clef icon, or drag the clef icon to the note). if you instead attach the clef to the *measure* (eg, if you select the measure then double click the clef icon, or drag the clef icon to the measure), you get what you want.
