Changing the Number of Measure Repeats
How to change the number of measure repeats?
Click the Measure - Right Click - Measure Properties - Other - Repeat Count
I change the count as 3 then nothing happens?

That is for (end) repeat hairline, not for measure repeat sign.

There is no measure repeat for more than 1 measure currently.

To make a multi measure repeat you need to just leave that number of measures empty then put something in the next measure. I have put some staff text that said "nothing" and made it invisible to prevent a multi measure rest. You can also right click the measure you do not want included in the multi measure rest and select Measure properites... Break multimeasure rest. Finally Make sure you are in page view and press M. You will see the multi measure rest. You don't make multi measure rests, MS does.
