First two little advices: It's better to ask the community and not special persons (even it's very appreciative), so you'll get an answer faster from one of the volunteers here in the forum. Second: if you have further questions to a request you've already ask it's better to use the reply function (below a comment). Open a new topic forum, if you have a new request.

For shortcuts for note (and rest) durations see:

https://musescore.org/en/handbook/note-input#duration

Press the shortcut for the duration and the shortcut "0" for a rest.

For your request for the text information about style, voice and tempo you can use:

https://musescore.org/en/handbook/staff-and-system-text

Beside: for a tempo specification it's also useful to add a tempo text:

https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tempo

For change the staff distance you can change the preferences here:

https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#style-edit-gene…

Or you can use spacers:

https://musescore.org/en/handbook/breaks-and-spacers

Btw. beside the handbook a good introducing you'll also find here (it's worth to watch it):

note: you can change the position of the lyric text in the menu style->text... (lyrics odd lines, lyrics even lines). For example you can change the vertical offset to "-5" if you want to have the text above the staff (but I'm not sure if it's common).
