5 Errors when try to build 2.1 with OMR=ON. Has anyone else got these?

They seem easy to fix...seem to just be incorrect namespace, but I haven't looked into any more...I just disabled OMR without checking.

I believe the OMR code in 2.x is utterly outdated vs. master. Not sure it makes any sense to enable it.
