Is it possible to setup a default volume in Play Panel?

Not exactly sure what you mean about default volume - volume is determined primarily by the setting in the Synth panel and of course the dynamics in the score itself. But if you're just looking to have everything be louder by default, the volume setting in the Synth window is what you want.
