Better audio please

We all know, Musescore doesn't have the greatest sounds. I recently used the Finale trial, and even though it is less intuitive, and very frustrating, and is definitely not worth $600, it did do one thing better, and that was articulating sounds. I could produce a really gliss, real scoops and falls, and its articulation was just a lot better. Also, the instruments sound better in general. It would be great if Musescore could produce higher quality sounds. Maybe somethings in the works for Musescore 3?

Higher quality soundfonts are bigger file sizes, so that will make the musescore installer take much longer, and people will complain about that. Anyway, you can always use higher quality soundfonts: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/soundfont

edit: i'm just now reading your comments about real articulations, glisses, and scoops. I guess that is out of the domain of soundfonts. I actually don't know how finale does that stuff (and I've never used finale but I've heard finale-generated audio before). Is finale using special pre-recorded samples corresponding to each type of articulation/effect (and can that be included in a soundfont)? Or is finale using CPU to generate the effects?

Yeah, I was talking about the built in sound engin. I wouldn't mind slightly slower load times for some better sounds. I already use a higher quality sound font, but articulation and glisses still suck.
