Formatting Section Breaks
Take a look at the image I have attached. In lieu of asking this question, I seek to find out how to have a movement of the piece end with an end bar barline over where the red circle is. I do not know what the thing circled in green is. I might not need it for what I'm trying to do but it's there and I'm acknowledging it considering it's already in the screenshot. Let's get to the fairies. I do not wish to see the 2/4 time signature sign nearby the red circle. I'd prefer to see it as it is at first down by the blue circle. During playback I'd like to hear a pause between the movement, perhaps 2 seconds. How doable are these requests in the software?

Seems you applied the section break to the vertical frame rather than the last measure before it
Section breaks will cause a 2 seconds pause
All of this is doable. First, move the section break to the last measure rather than the frame (delete it then enter a new one). Then click the section break and look at the inspector so you can adjust the pause between movements. Then click the time signature and look at the inspector and remove the check from the show courtesy time signature box. You can then put your barline in that you want.

With the section break at the right spot there won't be courtesy sigs

You are correct about the courtesy sig. The default for the section break on my system is 3 seconds. I thought I had previously seen a property for the length of the section break in the inspector, but the 2.1-RC does not have it. You will need to right click the section break and select Section break properties if you want the pause changed.

Right, it is 3 seconds. You get to to it via right click / section break properties, in 2.1 and master, not in inspector (but it really sould be there, guess something to be done for master)
