Where can I change the default height placement of voltas?
I have tried everywhere I can think of.

Found it!
I was looking in the "text" style, but that only effected the text part of the volta.
"General" style was where I needed to look.
Default settings in style->general...->hairpins, volta, ottava
Changing default vertical position works, but changing the value of hook height doesn't seem to change anything (a bug?).
(however changing the value of hook height for ottava works as expected)
