Musescore makes everthing double??

I haven't done anything and suddenly musescore makes everything double, if I choose a piano partiture two of them appears,but the "create instrument box" only shows that I have created one. (but the sheet shows two of them)
how do I change this??

Do you have "Documents side by side" enabled under the Display menu? Is your navigator so high that is appears to be part of your score? Could you post a score or pic?
