Skewed Note Rest
There is a skewed Note Rest on the staff. I don't know how this happened. How to fix that?

As I guessed, it looks like you simply dragged the rest away from its normal position. Just click it and press Ctrl+R to reset its position back to the default.
BTW, not sure if you planning on doing this next, but assuming you don't want to put notes in, try Edit / Tools / Fill With Slashes.
In general, it's better to attach the actual score you are having trouble with, not just a picture. What you are showing could indicate that you manually adjusted the position of the rest (Ctrl+R will reset it), or a corruption (in which case see https://musescore.org/en/node/54721), or possibly something else.
