Horribel, crackling sound

Hi!

I newly installed Musescore, and I get a terrible, crackling sound when I press the play button on any songs. A sample of the example song is attached. When I open the program, the first beats works fine, but it quickly changes to the terrible sound. Then a crackling, grim sound will remain for all instruments, not just at playback but while editing too.

I've installed version 1.2 - Windows Vista, and I've tried to re-download and reinstall.
