Midi input

Musescore does not recognise "iRigKeyes 37 Pro" for note input.
Is there any ways to make recognise it?
Musescore is a great program. I used to use Finale, but now I do not use it anymore as I find Musescore much easier to use.
Kind regardsand thanks.

Be sure to have the keyboard connected, plugged in, and turned on *before* starting MuseScore. Also try Help / Revert to Factory Settings to be sure some changes you made to MuseScore's defaults aren't getting in the way.

If that doesn't fix it, tell us what version of MuseScore (hopefully the latest - 2.1), what OS, and what settings you see in Edit / Preferences / I/O.

Apologies I have been travelling and could not test the Midi keyboard
Have tried the above but MuseScore still did note recognize the iRig Keys 37Pro.
I am using version 2.1 and windows 10

The I/O settings:

PortAudio is ticked.

API: MME
Device: Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output

All the other options are blanked

Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards
