Can I write the following notes (see attachment) with up and down stems in MuseScore?

Thank You lasconic, the second solution is what i need. I tried with two voices, but how did you join the couples of notes? This is what I see in my transcription:

Ok, Iv'e found in another post:
"To extend a beam over a rest, click the rest and then double click the "middle of beam" icon on the Beams palette."
