How do you increase space between clef lines?

Okay so I need there to be space between clef lines so I can fit more notes without the treble notes overlapping the bass notes. If you are confused on what I am talking about, I'll attach a picture of Rachmaninoff's Prelude in C Sharp Minor. As you can see in the picture, there is a great distance between the treble clef line and the bass clef line. I assume its called adjusting the height of something, but I can't find where to do it. rachmaninoff_prel_op3no2.png

Assuming it's just for a few systems, use a spacer the Breaks & Spacers palette. If you want it score-wide, increase the overall grand staff distance in Style / General / Page.
