Instruments' name language separately from UI language

I'm using MS in Russian, and it's good that instruments are translated, but in my case I mostly need them to be named in English. Maybe some other users might need them to be named in Italian or German for example.

I think it could be very cool if you add "instruments' name language" besides UI language in the settings.
