how to changed pages size and borders in batch mode?

It is possible to apply a different style to a score from the command line (and as such in a batch, if needed), but what I'd need on top is to apply a certain page size and border setting too, how to do this, other than manually for every single score?
These settings are not part of the style file (.mss), why not?

Last time I saved a style with ver. 2.0 was in February: the <page-layout> tag was saved in the .mss and contained page width, page height and the four margins for even and odd pages.

Did this change since then?

Don't know, so far I haven't tried this in 2.0, need to check, thanks for the hint.
When I tried to load a .mms from 1.3 in 2.0, it crashed, so there's no easy migration of an existing style file. But it may also just be a bug in 2.0...

Edit: yes in 2.0 the page settings are part of the .mss file, so there it is possible to apply these in batch mode.
